Nücode OS is GDPR-compliant by design. The agency is the data controller. Nücode AI is the data processor under a signed DPA (Art. 28 GDPR). No client data is used to train any underlying model. The LLM is static. Data is never crossed between Nücode AI clients. Anthropic (when Claude is the underlying model) does not train on API data and deletes prompts and outputs within 30 days. International transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses in the DPA. Agencies that require EU-only data residency receive a cloud configuration with EU residency (Google Cloud, Azure or AWS European regions), defined in the SoW.

No. Nücode OS is delivered fully operational and trained. The agency's team uses it from day 1. All maintenance, model updates, assistant refinement and knowledge-base curation are covered under the monthly retainer with Nücode AI. There is no in-house technical hire required.

The Nücode OS does not depend on the specific AI model underneath. If a better one appears tomorrow (Claude, GPT, Gemini, whatever), Nücode AI swaps it in without rebuilding the system. The agency's knowledge, the assistants, the routines and the dashboard stay the same. Model upgrades are included in the monthly retainer.

The monthly retainer keeps the Nücode OS operational and alive: hosting of the agency's private platform, AI model upgrades when new versions appear, assistants tuned to how the agency actually uses them, ongoing maintenance of the operational knowledge, and a monthly session with Alexandre and Marc to review the system. The exact price is discussed after the Assessment because it depends on the size of the agency and how many departments are in.
